Job Summary
As a fully remote Product Analyst III, the successful candidate will lead experimentation across product squads, design and maintain product metrics, and deliver deep-dive analyses on patient and clinician behavior to support evidence-based decision-making in opioid use disorder treatment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead experimentation across product squads, shaping hypotheses, designing tests, and delivering clear readouts to foster a culture of testing and learning
- Design and maintain product metrics, ensuring teams can track success metrics and validate metric health through trusted dashboards
- Deliver deep-dive analyses on patient and clinician behavior, utilizing quasi-experimental methods when randomized tests are not feasible
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in product analytics for consumer-oriented digital products, demonstrating a track record of driving business outcomes through experimentation
- Strong statistical expertise with hands-on command of experimentation methods and causal inference techniques
- Technical fluency in SQL and Python or R, with experience in cloud data warehouses and BI tools
- Customer- and patient-oriented mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights for business strategy
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills, comfortable presenting analyses to diverse audiences
