Product Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Analyst will ensure the accuracy of data responses in Prism, a conversational analytics platform, by reviewing prompts, certifying queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and semantic layers.
Key responsibilities:
- Review and improve prompts used by business users in Prism to ensure accurate data interpretation
- Certify queries and validate answers against source data to maintain trust in the results provided by Prism
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to enhance semantic layers and document data sources and business logic
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or data correlation
- Proficient in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex
- Working knowledge of semantic data modeling and its application in AI querying
- Strong writing and communication skills to convey complex data concepts to business stakeholders
