Product Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development of pricing services, the full-time salaried Product Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate product strategy into actionable plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop expertise in ClaimShop workflows and Pricing Services capabilities, including data inputs and pricing logic
- Partner with the Product Manager to translate product strategy into executable requirements and backlog activities
- Lead discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and validate end-to-end behaviors in pricing and claims processing
Required qualifications
- Experience in product management or analysis within a technology or software environment
- Strong understanding of pricing methodologies and data integration processes
- Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and test plans
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, and analytics teams
- Experience in conducting impact analysis and managing customer requirements
