Product Analyst
Job Summary
To support the enhancement of voluntary homeowners and condominium insurance products, the full-time remote Product Analyst will analyze product performance and market trends, translate findings into actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement product changes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze product performance, profitability, customer needs, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities
- Turn complex data into clear reports and visualizations for leaders and business partners
- Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, workflows, and product documentation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience analyzing or supporting the performance of regulated financial products
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel and data visualization capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Actuarial, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or a closely related field is preferred
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or similar data-analysis tools is a plus
- Exposure to multiple stages of the product lifecycle preferred
