Product Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Product Analyst will manage product analysis, support and training, and reporting for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Student Information Systems (SIS), while working in a hybrid environment with three days remote and two days on-campus.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product analysis by gathering and validating requirements from stakeholders, and documenting functional and technical specifications
• Provide support and training to users, troubleshooting issues related to Workday functionality and creating training materials
• Define reporting needs, create reports, and perform data analysis to enhance user experience and evaluate system performance

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing systems that support administrative operations
• Experience gathering information from technical and functional stakeholders to clarify business processes and system requirements
• Experience supporting HR, finance, or student services within an ERP or SIS system
• Experience synthesizing information into reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
