Product Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Product Analyst will support a Product Team by translating business needs into actionable requirements, refining user stories, and analyzing data to validate delivered solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders to support product initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Support user story creation, refinement, and backlog readiness, ensuring clear, actionable requirements for technical teams
- Use SQL to query and analyze data, validating delivered functionality against defined business requirements and expected outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role within a technology/product environment
- Strong experience with user stories, story refinement, and requirements analysis in an Agile/Scrum product team
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to independently query and investigate data
- Ability to understand technical concepts, system behavior, and data relationships
- Experience validating delivered solutions against requirements and expected outcomes
