Job Summary
Responsible for product innovation and strategic growth, the full-time remote Product Analyst II will oversee the development of new products, evaluate coverages for improvement, and collaborate with various departments to align product strategies with market opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance product coverages to maintain competitiveness and profitability
- Collaborate with teams to develop strategic product roadmaps and maintain current systems
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for other departments on product-related inquiries
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, finance, insurance, risk management, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance, with a focus on product development or underwriting
- Familiarity with ISO, AAIS, NCCI, and competitive research tools
- Industry designations such as AINS, AU, or CPCU preferred, or actively pursuing recognized insurance designations
- Proficient in software tools such as Microsoft Office, SERFF, and Tableau
