Product Analyst, Conversational AI
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Analyst, Conversational AI will ensure the accuracy of data responses in the Prism platform by reviewing prompts, certifying queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data representation and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Review and enhance prompts entered by business users to ensure accurate data interpretation in Prism
- Certify user queries and validate answers against source data to maintain trust in results
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to refine semantic layers and improve data understanding
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields
- Proficient in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex
- Familiarity with semantic data modeling and its application in AI querying
- Strong writing and communication skills to convey complex data concepts to business stakeholders
