Product and R&D Finance Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product and R&D Finance leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Own forecasting and planning for AI and Self Serve revenue, including usage-based pricing implications
• Model pricing and packaging scenarios and guide the team on tradeoffs
• Establish and run Self Serve ARR planning and forecasting in partnership with Product and Growth Marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A at a fast-growing SaaS business, or equivalent experience in investing in SaaS
• Strong FP&A fundamentals with the ability to forecast and build driver-based models
• Experience in monetization and pricing analysis, with comfort in modeling different scenarios
• Fluency in drivers of SaaS gross margins, particularly in AI inference and cloud compute costs
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical plans into financial implications
