Product and Risk Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time remote Product and Risk Analytics Manager will analyze product, user, and repayment data to develop risk models, drive product strategy, and enhance organizational data fluency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product and user data to design and refine machine learning risk models focused on loss mitigation and fraud prevention
• Monitor and maintain production ML models, ensuring data governance and long-term stability of risk strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategies

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data, product, and risk analytics with a proven track record in building credit/banking risk models
• Expertise in SQL (Snowflake) and proficiency in Python ML libraries (Pandas, Scipy, XGBoost)
• Strong understanding of statistical principles and hands-on experience with A/B testing
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments, leveraging AI tools for efficiency
• Ability to deliver immediate impact while scaling with the business
