Product and Services Analyst
Job Summary
Providing analytical leadership across the SaaS portfolio, the full-time remote Product and Services Analyst will establish KPIs, analytics, and financial insights to measure product health, optimize investments, and improve overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an analytics framework for SaaS product and services performance, including standardized KPIs and dashboards
- Analyze core SaaS product metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement in product economics
- Lead FinOps initiatives to align cloud infrastructure costs with SaaS products, optimizing cost-to-serve and product-level profitability
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience in SaaS or FinOps environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools, preferably Power BI
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must reside in the United States with valid work authorization
