Product and Technology Counsel
Job Summary
To support legal compliance and risk management for technology products, the part-time Product and Technology Counsel will provide legal advice, draft contracts, and oversee regulatory matters in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on technology product development and compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to technology services and products
- Monitor and advise on regulatory changes affecting technology and product offerings
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Experience in technology law, intellectual property, or regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of technology products and industry standards
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
