Job Summary
To design, build, and scale AI-enabled products and solutions, the contract-to-hire Product Builder will lead product initiatives from concept through implementation, collaborating remotely with engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives from initial concept and problem definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve products, processes, and user experiences
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in product management, technical product management, software development, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and independently drive them from idea to execution
- Strong understanding of software development and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, automation, or AI-enabled products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to product decisions
