Product Builder
Job Summary
To design, build, and scale AI-enabled products and solutions, the full-time Product Builder will take ownership of complex product initiatives from concept through implementation while working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives from initial concept and problem definition through development, launch, and continuous improvement
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes
- Collaborate across product, engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in product management, technical product management, or software development
- Strong understanding of software development and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, automation, or AI-enabled products
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive them from idea to execution
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
