Product Builder

Job Summary

Owning a product area end-to-end, the full-time remote Product Builder will drive discovery, decisions, and delivery of software solutions using AI agents, ensuring weekly production changes that directly address user needs in the materials industry.

Key responsibilities

• Own product outcomes by prioritizing and delivering features for surfaces like PriceBook or Catalog
• Ship production code weekly, demonstrating each change with users or in the live environment
• Conduct user discovery directly with sales and customer service teams to map workflows and build effective solutions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience owning product outcomes and making informed decisions on product features
• Hands-on experience using tools like Claude Code to ship real software in production
• Ability to read data models and follow API contracts without needing a CS degree
• Experience working with disparate enterprise data systems such as ERPs and CRMs
• Strong interpersonal skills to build credibility with commercial directors and stakeholders
