Product Builder - Fintech

Job Summary

Taking end-to-end ownership of product initiatives in the Acquiring domain, the full-time Product Builder - Fintech will define problems, prototype solutions, and implement systems for payment acceptance while leveraging AI to enhance development processes in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prototype product initiatives, shipping solutions to production and iterating based on customer feedback
• Design and implement systems for card and alternative payment acceptance, along with the payment-facilitator layer
• Establish reusable patterns and frameworks to support other Product Builders and coach team members in their development

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling as a core part of the development process
• Experience integrating payment service providers or acquirers at scale, including APIs and reconciliation
• Strong product instincts with the ability to make product decisions independently
• Familiarity with the card payment lifecycle and experience in a regulated financial environment is a plus
