Product Builder for Vault
Job Summary
Owning the entire lifecycle of the Vault, the full-time Product Builder for Vault will build and optimize tooling for inventory management and logistics, ensuring quality and efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the Vault, including ingestion, processing, and outtake
- Build and implement robust tooling for queue management, SLA tracking, and exception handling
- Streamline international shipping and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce delays
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in building operational systems with real SLAs and unit costs
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong ability to pull and analyze station-level data
- Demonstrated experience in transforming complex processes into functional software
- Physical curiosity with experience in observing and optimizing operational workflows
- Proven track record of building AI-driven solutions, such as agents or internal tools
