Product Builder in Fintech

Job Summary

Taking end-to-end ownership of product initiatives in the Acquiring domain, the full-time Product Builder in Fintech will define problems, prototype solutions, and ship to production while leveraging AI and collaborating closely with a small domain team.

Key responsibilities

• Define problems and prototype solutions for payment acceptance and reporting systems
• Design and implement systems for card and alternative payment acceptance, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Establish reusable frameworks and coach other Product Builders to enhance productivity across the team

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, or agent frameworks
• Experience integrating a payment service provider or acquirer at scale, including APIs and reconciliation
• Strong product instincts with the ability to make product decisions independently
• Familiarity with the card payment lifecycle and experience in a regulated financial environment is a plus
