To shape the future of human-AI interaction, the full-time remote Product Communications Specialist will develop and articulate product narratives, lead communications for product launches, and produce compelling written materials while nurturing relationships with key influencers in the tech space.

• Develop and communicate the long-term vision for human-AI interaction and product capabilities
• Lead storytelling and communications for product launches and run campaigns to showcase platform value
• Produce high-quality written materials and manage security, privacy, and safety communications

Required qualifications

• Experience in product or technical communications at a fast-paced B2B technology company
• Proven track record of leading significant product launches and effective campaigns
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Experience collaborating with security, safety, and engineering teams
• Strong understanding of the independent media landscape and established relationships with influential commentators
