Product Configuration Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support accurate customer benefit delivery, the full-time Product Configuration Quality Specialist will perform foundational audits of product configuration and group setup across medical, dental, and pharmacy, ensuring compliance with established standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audits and testing of standard medical, dental, and pharmacy configuration work to verify alignment with source documentation
• Analyze configuration outputs for accuracy and completeness prior to downstream processing
• Deliver clear documentation of audit findings and provide actionable feedback to configuration partners

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of work experience in claims, customer service, membership and billing, product configuration, quality, or auditing
• One year of auditing experience, such as quality review or configuration audit
• SQL experience
• Exposure to health insurance products and benefit terminology in a configuration, operations, or service environment
