Product Content Specialist

Job Summary

To build a comprehensive help system for an established legal accounting product, the full-time remote Product Content Specialist will develop user-friendly articles, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain in-app communications while managing a large body of evolving content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the legal accounting product to create engaging and accessible content
• Write user-friendly articles that effectively communicate complex product information to the target audience
• Collaborate with internal departments to accurately document software workflows and adhere to strict release schedules

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technical Communication, Technical Writing, English, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in technical or software content writing
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts, particularly around accounting principles
• Experience creating online help files, knowledge base articles, and release notes for software products
• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Pendo, and HTML
