Product Counsel
Job Summary
To support a temporary leave of absence, the full-time Product Counsel will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to advise on product development, review legal documentation, and navigate legal and regulatory considerations for fintech products in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Advise product and engineering teams on legal and regulatory matters related to product development
- Review and draft customer-facing legal documentation for compliance and clarity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal requirements in emerging technologies
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Experience in technology or fintech law, particularly with blockchain and digital assets
- Familiarity with legal considerations surrounding emerging AI technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction
