Product Data Analyst

Job Summary

Focused on building a robust technical foundation for product analytics, the full-time remote Staff Product Data Analyst will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Growth teams to enhance product instrumentation, develop scalable dbt models, and ensure the consistency of product metrics across various analytics platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the product analytics data foundation to support reporting, self-service, experimentation, and AI initiatives
• Partner with Engineering to define and validate product instrumentation prior to new feature releases
• Design and implement scalable dbt models that transform raw product events into reliable analytical datasets

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Data Analyst, Analytics Engineering, or a similar technical data role within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
• Expert-level SQL skills with a strong background in designing scalable analytical data models
• 6+ years of experience building and maintaining dbt projects in production environments
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment or RudderStack
• Strong understanding of modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
