Product Data Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Red Teaming program testing for AI integrity risks, the full-time temporary Product Data Operations Analyst will work remotely, focusing on labeling and auditing data, reviewing sensitive datasets for safety risks, and generating insights to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Labeling and auditing data daily as directed by Program Managers
• Reviewing sensitive datasets to identify safety and content risks while spotting trends
• Assisting in the preparation of product feedback reports and performing QA analysis in annotation tooling

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of project management and operations experience
• 3+ years of experience with sensitive content or community moderation
• Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel skills
• Experience working with cross-functional partners
