Product Data Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Product Data Operations Specialist for a fully remote, 12-month W2 contract opportunity, who will manage product data accuracy, support new product launches, and oversee content syndication operations while working EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Pimcore platform, including product setup and data quality monitoring
- Coordinate launch readiness activities and track status, ensuring timely availability of product content and assets
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues impacting data flow to internal systems and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Digital Operations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital commerce, product information management, or content operations
- Experience with product databases and content management systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
- Familiarity with APIs, data feeds, and system integrations
