Product Delivery Manager
Job Summary
To ensure timely delivery across product and development teams, the remote Product Delivery Manager will own a centralized Jira queue for bugs, client requests, and implementation blockers, while coordinating internal implementation work for new customers.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a centralized Jira queue for critical delivery work across all products
- Triage new issues based on customer impact and urgency, ensuring each has a designated owner and deadline
- Run daily delivery reviews with Product and Engineering to identify and address blockers and risks
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in software delivery, technical project management, or a similar role closely collaborating with developers
- Experience in SaaS environments involving software configuration and customer implementation
- Strong expertise in Jira, including workflows, automation, and queue management
- Working knowledge of UAT, APIs, SSO, and CRM integrations
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zapier
