Product Design Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Product Design Manager will oversee the design of user-centered experiences focused on growth, including onboarding, activation, and monetization, while managing a small team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver high-quality user experiences across discovery, activation, and monetization flows, ensuring scalability and clarity
• Lead design experiments and interpret behavioral data to inform design decisions and enhance user engagement
• Manage and mentor a small team of designers, providing feedback and supporting their professional growth

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in PLG, SaaS, or self-serve products
• Strong background in designing in-product discovery, onboarding, and activation flows
• Proven ability to interpret behavioral insights and funnel metrics to guide design choices
• Exceptional craft in visual design, interaction, and systems thinking
• Experience leading growth-focused design work and mentoring other designers
