Product Designer

Job Summary

Focusing on user-centered design, the full-time remote Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive solutions for enterprise software, enhancing user experiences and facilitating access to mission applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to conceptualize, prototype, and refine user-centered solutions for UDS Enterprise
• Conduct UX research and testing to gather user feedback, identify pain points, and iterate on design solutions
• Develop user flows, personas, and journeys while documenting UI solutions for the team's shared component library

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of product design experience, including 1-2 years in designing enterprise software or complex B2B SaaS products
• Proficiency in Figma and understanding of accessibility fundamentals, including 508 compliance
• Experience designing self-service enterprise products with multi-tenancy and centrally managed administration
• Ability to create simple UX flows that clarify security and access without unnecessary friction
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and a basic understanding of Kubernetes
