Product Designer

Job Summary

Designing user experiences for IT administrators and managed service providers, the remote Product Designer will create tools for the Admin Console and Provider Portal, focusing on member management, security policies, and reporting to simplify complex administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design experiences for administrators in the Admin Console and managed service providers in the Provider Portal
• Create reports and dashboards to help admins identify and prioritize risks related to credential management
• Collaborate with product teams to explore new product concepts and conduct usability tests with administrators

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product design or equivalent experience
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work on digital products
• Strong interaction design skills, including proficiency in Figma and experience with component-based design systems
• Experience designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards and reports
• Understanding and passion for cybersecurity and online privacy
