Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance member experiences, the full-time remote Product Designer will manage end-to-end design processes, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and create innovative design solutions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Product Design thinking for key member experience flows
• Create flows, prototypes, and design artifacts to communicate features and functionality effectively
• Conduct usability testing and turn findings into actionable insights and recommendations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience designing high-performance interfaces for mobile, web, and responsive platforms
• Professional-level expertise in Figma, including interactive prototyping and automation capabilities
• Strong grounding in design thinking and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Up-to-date understanding of web, mobile, and platform design best practices and trends
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
