Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance user experiences for complex enterprise products, the full-time Associate Product Designer will create clear and usable designs by collaborating with Product Management and Engineering, utilizing modern UX practices, and translating user needs into actionable design solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to defining customer and business problems through research and stakeholder input
• Design cohesive solutions and create annotated wireframes, prototypes, and interaction specifications
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate user and business needs into design requirements and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience in UX, product design, or interaction design with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate design rationale
• Proficiency in Figma and experience in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Experience collaborating with product management and engineering to deliver digital product experiences
