Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in the United States, the full-time Product Designer will create and validate user experiences across product families, leveraging AI tools to enhance design processes and maintain the design system while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and set design requirements based on user research and internal feedback
• Produce UX/UI designs that align with the product roadmap and validate them through collaboration with stakeholders
• Maintain and evolve the design system and AI skills to support rapid prototyping and consistent design practices

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
• A well-rounded portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of customer and business objectives
• 5+ years of relevant design experience, including UX/UI, with hands-on experience using generative AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in visual communications, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with Figma or another collaborative interface design tool
