Product Designer
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Product Designer for a part-time remote position, the successful candidate will collaborate with the Lead Designer to shape user-centric experiences, influence product strategy, and deliver polished UX/UI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Designer to define, design, and deliver end-to-end product features and UX/UI solutions
- Participate actively in product discovery, utilizing critical thinking and research to inform design decisions
- Design intuitive dashboards and data visualization tools that simplify complex information for end users
Required Qualifications
- At least 2+ years of professional product design experience with a proven track record of shipping designs in live products
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and polished visual designs
- Strong experience with dashboards, analytics, and reporting interfaces
- Proven hands-on experience working with and maintaining design systems
- Prior background as a founding, first, or sole designer in a team environment is preferred
