Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape Spate's core product, the full-time remote Product Designer will manage the design of a dashboard for brand teams, transforming complex trend data into actionable insights while collaborating closely with the frontend team and defining user experiences for AI-driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product design process from concept to launch, collaborating with the frontend lead to determine deliverables
• Identify user pain points through research and feedback, framing problems and proposing design solutions
• Define the functionality and user experience of AI features, including chat interfaces and data visualizations

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong product opinions and the ability to defend design choices based on user needs
• A portfolio showcasing problem framing and design solutions, including at least one case study from an ambiguous problem
• Experience designing data-heavy products such as dashboards or analytics tools
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
