Job Summary
Driving the development of innovative educational solutions, the remote Product Developer will independently enhance higher education products and learning experiences, ensuring alignment with instructor and student needs while managing product components from planning to release.
Key responsibilities
- Own development plans and outcomes for print and digital content, assessments, and related learning experiences
- Validate customer problems through various forms of evidence and translate findings into content and learning-design decisions
- Guide authors and subject-matter experts through expectations, feedback, and quality standards to improve the customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, publishing, instructional design, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in product development, educational publishing, or digital learning products
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working on Agile teams
- Familiarity with print and digital curriculum design and educational standards
- Knowledge of learning science, instructional design, and accessibility practices
