Product Development Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of mortgage products, the full-time remote Product Development Analyst will assist in researching, implementing, and monitoring agency and specialty lender products while serving as the primary contact for private investors and housing agencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact with private investors and housing agencies for new product rollouts
• Coordinate the creation and updates of Loan Origination System templates and internal procedures
• Maintain and build investor relationships through guideline reviews and direct communication

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry
• Knowledge of the mortgage lending process, including Operations, Processing, Closing, or Post-Closing
• Working knowledge of Product Guidelines for FNMA, FHLMC, USDA, VA, and affordable housing programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
