Product Development Consultant

Job Summary

Focused on downstream process development, the full-time Product Development Consultant will design and execute experiments for biological drug substances, support scale-up and technology transfer, and analyze data while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct downstream process development experiments for monoclonal antibodies and therapeutic proteins
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities for clinical material production across various manufacturing scales
• Review and present process data, and author critical technical documentation for project stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's (B.S.) or Master's (M.S.) degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline
• M.S. with 0-2 years or B.S. with 5+ years of relevant laboratory experience in downstream biologics process development
• Demonstrated ability to apply scientific principles to process development challenges
