Product Development Executive

Job Summary

To oversee the strategic vision and operational plan for the RNI FUS neuromodulation product, the full-time remote Product Development Executive will manage product development, foster teamwork, and ensure compliance with quality management systems while collaborating with leadership and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set a clear vision and operational plan for the development of the RNI FUS neuromodulation product
• Foster teamwork and accountability to execute product plans effectively and efficiently
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the creation of a Quality Management System suitable for product development stages

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (biomedical, electrical, software, mechanical)
• Minimum of eight years of executive-level leadership experience in medical device companies
• Experience navigating the medical technology development process, including regulatory requirements and clinical trial execution
• Proven capability to drive projects to achieve milestones and business goals
• Successful record of working in start-up environments from product development to commercialization
