Product Development Manager
Job Summary
To support the development of innovative therapeutic solutions in the fertility space, the full-time Product Development Manager will own integrated planning and execution of drug development programs, collaborating across various functions to ensure successful program delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Own integrated development plans for assigned programs, translating strategies into executable workplans and maintaining detailed timelines and budgets
- Lead cross-functional program team meetings, facilitating decision-making and ensuring alignment across functions
- Manage program risks, budgets, and decisions, tracking spend and developing mitigation plans as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in clinical-stage project or program management within biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage integrated plans from planning through execution
- Working knowledge of clinical trial operations, regulatory pathways, and quality activities in drug development
- Experience with vendor oversight, budget management, and risk management in a program governance context
