Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end development and execution of assigned apparel categories, the full-time Product Development Manager will analyze sales performance, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive product innovation in the athleisure and outerwear segments while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth
- Manage the product development lifecycle from concept through production approval, ensuring on-time launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business objectives and maintain quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Design, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in apparel product development, product management, or merchandising within fashion or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of apparel construction, fabrics, fit, costing, and manufacturing processes
- Experience working directly with overseas manufacturers and managing development timelines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with PLM systems preferred
