Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end development and execution of the Home category, the full-time Product Development Manager will manage the lifecycle of comfort-focused products such as blankets, bedding, and accessories while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through launch across Home categories
- Manage prototypes, sampling, fabric approvals, testing, and quality execution
- Analyze sales performance and market opportunities to drive product decisions
Required Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in product development within home or lounge apparel categories
- Strong technical understanding of fabrics, fills, trims, and garment construction
- Experience with trend research, assortment planning, and ecommerce product strategy
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Google Suite, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Product Development, Textiles, or a related field preferred
