Job Summary
Coordinating complex commercial lines product development projects, the full-time Product Development Specialist will serve as a technical expert in product development and regulatory matters while working in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and amends commercial insurance products, including forms, rules, and rating structures
- Researches regulatory requirements and ensures product compliance while drafting responses to state inquiries
- Trains new team members and provides technical support to various functional areas for product development
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5-7 years of increasing experience in insurance functions
- Preferred qualifications include actuarial exams, RPLU, CPCU, and advanced legal degrees
