Product Director
Job Summary
Leading the Procure-to-Pay product suite, the full-time Product Director will define and execute a strategic vision, mentor a high-performing team, and drive innovation in AI-powered financial solutions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and communicate a bold product vision and strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and empower a team of product managers to foster innovation and customer focus
- Own and scale the product roadmap to ensure seamless integration of procurement and payment workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in product management with expertise in Accounts Payable automation and Procure-to-Pay solutions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and the strategic priorities of CFOs
- Hands-on experience in building AI-powered products and successfully bringing them to market
- Proven experience leading product teams with excellent collaboration skills
