Job Summary
Owning the product for ramps and identity surfaces, the full-time remote Product Director will work directly with the CTO to set strategic direction, manage engineering leads, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes in a complex fintech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product management for funding and payout processes, including ACH, wires, and stablecoin on/off-ramps
- Oversee the development of identity verification products, enhancing customer onboarding and experience based on verified identity
- Manage a team of engineering leads, setting priorities, maintaining product quality, and ensuring coherent delivery across product areas
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product management with a proven track record of owning outcomes
- Deep understanding of blockchain, crypto payment ecosystems, and experience with crypto on/off-ramps and banking integrations
- Experience with KYC/KYB and identity verification products
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire engineering teams
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
