- Set platform strategy for multi-employer administration and integrate AI into partner operations
- Track key metrics such as adoption, growth, and operational outcomes while presenting to executive leadership
Required qualifications
- 10+ years in product management with experience in end-to-end product ownership
- Experience building products for multi-client operators
- Proven track record of shipping complex products for high-stakes enterprise customers
- Experience integrating AI or LLM features into production workflows
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience with strong data fluency
