Product Director, Rewards and Offers

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of Directed Spend Offers and Earned Rewards product lines, the full-time remote Product Director, Rewards and Offers will define product vision, manage portfolio performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive member engagement and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Directed Spend Rewards and Offers, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and client needs
• Own portfolio performance metrics, including growth, engagement, and client satisfaction, while developing business cases for new capabilities
• Provide cross-functional leadership and guidance to Product Owners, ensuring effective execution of prioritized roadmaps and product quality

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management or related roles within large-scale organizations
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers or cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated experience in defining product strategy and managing multi-year roadmaps
• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or rewards products
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and align stakeholders around common strategies
