Product Education Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing product education initiative, the full-time remote Product Education Manager will build and manage systems for updating documentation and training materials in line with rapid product releases, while utilizing AI to enhance learning and engagement for customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated systems that ensure product documentation is updated promptly with each release
• Conduct how-to launches and educational sessions for both customers and internal teams, focusing on significant product changes
• Analyze user queries and feedback to continuously improve educational content and resources

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing product content within a SaaS company, including documentation and onboarding
• Strong ability to translate product changes into clear educational materials for diverse audiences
• Experience in building workflows and automation systems, particularly using AI tools
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude, GitHub, and Markdown, or a willingness to learn quickly
• Data-driven mindset to assess user needs and improve activation and engagement metrics
