Product Enablement Lead

Job Summary

To enhance product adoption and operational readiness, the full-time remote Product Enablement Lead will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences for credit unions and MAP employees, focusing on credit and debit card processing solutions and Visa DPS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain role-based learning paths, instructional materials, and hands-on training programs for MAP products and services
• Deliver engaging product training and facilitate ongoing education for clients and internal employees throughout the client lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, translate product changes into training, and ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in the payments industry, specifically in credit and/or debit card processing operations
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex processing systems and translate technical information into practical guidance
• Experience developing or delivering hands-on, scenario-based learning and technical enablement
• Strong working knowledge of credit union processing environments and core systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with learning platforms or content-authoring applications
