Product Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To drive content and enablement strategies, the full-time remote Product Enablement Manager will manage the learning management system, develop training resources, and ensure effective feature adoption across internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the long-term strategy for the learning management system, including content architecture and delivery methods
• Serve as the primary resource for Clinical and Practice Management knowledge, translating complex product information for non-technical audiences
• Lead cross-functional planning for successful feature launches and collaborate with marketing on rollout campaigns

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions, particularly in clinical workflows, medical billing, or scheduling
• Strong understanding of automation and LMS platforms, with the ability to translate capabilities into strategic initiatives
• Proven experience in creating training content and enablement frameworks at scale
• Familiarity with Google Suite and support/CRM tools such as HubSpot and Zendesk
• 5+ years of experience in medical billing, scheduling, or clinical operations
