Product Enablement Manager
Job Summary
Driving product adoption and alignment, the full-time remote Product Enablement Manager will develop enablement programs, create training resources, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective use of Zone's products by internal teams and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a product enablement roadmap aligned with product strategy and business goals
- Create scalable enablement programs and training initiatives to equip customer-facing teams with necessary resources
- Track and analyze enablement effectiveness through KPIs, using insights to continuously improve programs
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product enablement, product marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience designing and delivering product enablement or training programs within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of product enablement strategies and the customer lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with enablement tools, learning management systems, and analytics tools
